Worst bus experience I’ve had. The charging socket didn’t work. The driver and staff were rude and refused to place my luggage in the trunk. The bus kept stopping frequently and took nearly one-hour breaks at multiple places, causing unnecessary delays. The curtains were dirty and in poor condition, and the driver drove rashly. Overall, a very disappointing journey.

The overall journey experience was below expectations and several improvements are needed. 1. The bus did not arrive on time, causing inconvenience and delay to passengers. 2. There was no proper rack or storage space near the berth to keep personal belongings safely. 3. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and need better quality and maintenance. 4. The windows were very tight and difficult to open or close. 5. The steps/ladders provided for accessing the berth were not convenient and felt unsafe. 6. There was no air freshener or proper ventilation, which affected the overall travel experience. 7. Cleanliness inside the bus can be improved, especially around the sleeping area. The operator to improve punctuality, passenger comfort, cleanliness, and onboard facilities to provide a better travel experience in the future.
