The seat allotted to me was completely damaged. When I reported the issue to the driver, he behaved very rudely. It was a very unpleasant experience. Please improve the condition of the seats and the staff's behavior.

Pros: Only positive thing about this bus is it reached my destination before the scheduled time. Cons: 1. There is no live tracking for this bus, even though they sent the link for the tracking. 2. Bus came 30 mins later than scheduled pick-up time. 3. The bus is very old and some seats and most of the leg rests are broken. 4. The curtains are not clean and have a very bad smell.

It's really bad. Bus is 40 mins late and the terrible thing is my seat is shaking because it's not screwed properly with the base of the bus. While turning, I was really floating. Among the 4 screws, the 2 on the right side are not there, left alone is screwed. Really, really bad experience. Don't book this bus, really a waste of money.
