Changed dropping point it was far 15km from my actual drop point. Drop and drop time at 7am till now 8:30 I was in the bus only.

Staff behaviour, driving, comfort are all good. They have to revisit their arrival timings on the website, misleading passengers by mentioning impossible arrival timings on the website. As per schedule, I had to reach my destination by 5.45 but reached around 8.15 AM.

Blankets are not washed. The behaviour of the staff is the worst while handling the luggage, and the rest stop where they stopped is worse.

At Mandapeta bus was changed to reach Kakinada, inside bus, blankets, curtains were unclean, unable to breathe inside, low oxygen levels, getting vomiting sensation and breathlessness inside.
