The staff's behaviour towards customers is not good. One staff member argues with almost all customers, which creates an unpleasant experience.

Staff behaviour not good, very poor and reckless talking with passengers. Old overweight driver very poor, argues with every passenger.

AC not good even it is AC bus. Also, in Vijayawada bus was changed means from Guntur to Vijayawada travelled in one bus and from Vijayawada to Tagarapuvalasa another bus.

My arrival was delayed by more than two hours. The bus deviated from the planned route and the driver was rash, which made the trip uncomfortable. The seat length and design were poor, providing no comfort, especially on the bumpy roads. The staff behaviour, however, was not an issue.
