“I booked a ticket from Vizag to Razole, as the drop point was clearly shown as Razole in the booking. However, before boarding, I was informed that the bus would only go till Amalapuram and not Razole. Since this was not clearly mentioned during booking and is misleading, we decided not to board the bus and had to return home. This caused us inconvenience and wasted time. Showing Razole as the main drop point while actually stopping at Amalapuram is unfair and confusing for customers. I request a full refund for this booking, there is no option to raise an issue for this in the red bus app
