The bus kept wobbling all the time, we felt we would fall down. On top of that, the driver was driving very rashly.

They were carrying commercial luggage in passengers' seats and it was filled in 5-7 seats. There was no space for the emergency exit as well.

Boarding experience is I did not get my ticket but I got only bus number. The driver overreacted with me and did not take responsibility for that. In some issues, driving was also not good.

I booked a bus for BTM Layout (Udupi Garden Signal). The driver said the bus doesn't go there and dropped at Silk Board signal there. Why again? Asking for dropping location at booking time. I will not book Vinayak bus again. I have booked Vinayak bus 5 to 6 times and this is my first experience. Thanks for red bus

Bus was supposed to reach by 10.35 to gonikoppal and it reached by 11.20. It was asked to the driver when they will be reaching, they said on time. Waiting with small kids in rain is pathetic when there is no bus shelter even.

Very late reaching the destination due to the boy cutting the rolls. Started Madiwala at 10.45 and reached Virajpet at 6.10.
