SS Travels Bus Booking

Worst bus service that one can experience. Not recommended at all. They stop at every possible stand. If you want to suffer then book this service.

My dropping location is Haldia but the bus (SS Travels) dropped me off at Nandakumar because fewer passengers were present for going to Haldia. The bus denied going to Haldia, but I have paid the full money for travel through the redBus app. Nandakumar to Haldia distance is almost 15 km. I have suffered too much to reach Haldia after the bus dropped me off at Nandakumar. Many passengers have suffered like me to reach their destination.

Number of passengers are triple the number of seats, local passengers are arriving in this bus, no seat comfort. My request to Red Bus is that please see about this matter, we are paying money for comfort but what is this.

Never book this bus. Yesterday I booked this bus from Karunamoyee to Haldia. It didn't pick me up from College More bus stand. This bus took a different route. It doesn't think about the passengers who booked online. After calling the bus, they told me that they passed from College More at the right time. Then I complained to Red Bus. Then Red Bus support called the bus, and they told me that the route was blocked. Again, I called the bus, and they accepted that they did not follow the route. Now think if you are with your family. They didn't even bother to inform. They don't have tracking details as per Red Bus guidelines. So be careful and book at your own risk. If possible, book another bus on this route.
