Seat was uncomfortable, push back not available. Not cleaned. One of the tyres got punctured during travel. Bus was not in good condition.

they were supposed to pick me up from durg but they told me that their bus is resting in raipur and told me to come raipur on my own. it's around 40km. so, how the hell am I supposed to pay one more time just to get there

Bus is not in good condition. Very bad experience on this journey. I don't recommend anyone to journey on this bus service.

It was terrible travelling on this train. Bus got broken down on the way at night and they shifted us into a crowded bus. No place to sit. Even the second bus on which they shifted got punctured on the way. Ultimately the journey was terrible.
