The bus is not hygienic and clean. Mosquitoes are roaming around and rainwater is coming through windows. Overall a bad experience.

Someone stole my earpods while I was sleeping. I called the driver to ask whether I had forgotten them on the bus, but he gave rude answers to me. They do not know how to communicate, and there is no proper staff; only the driver is doing all the work. This is the worst trip of my whole journey.
