The most miserable bus journey ever. The bus started off 2 hours late and there was no intimation of it. There was no blanket, the berth was nasty and the bus eventually ended up completely broken down. Nobody in the entire chain of command bothered to pick up the call or address the grievances.

You are the worst people whom I am seeing, I have given 10 complaints that I have to change bus due to breakdown and redBus doesn't know how to treat the customers when they are facing trouble. Now we are in Tirupati bypass, bus got broken down and saying they will arrange a normal bus. Why you guys took 2300/- for this?
