Seater is not comfortable. Make it spacious and also improve hygiene and smell.

I was supposed to drop at Gachibowli, but the bus was going to BHEL. The staff said there is another bus coming in the next 40 min, so you can wait at Miyapur until then.

My travel experience was bad due to a significant bus delay. We waited for two hours on the road without any communication from the staff. Only after calling them ourselves did we learn about the delay. I believe passengers should be informed of such issues so they can plan accordingly. The operator needs to show more consideration for passengers. It is rainy season. They have to consider this and update passengers appropriately.

The travel team waited for over 30 minutes to ensure I could safely board while I stuck in traffic to reach the boarding point. They were extremely supportive, understanding, and considerate of women's safety throughout the process. I truly appreciate their patience and commitment to ensuring I boarded safely. Thank you to the team, I would highly recommend this service for its strong focus on women's safety and well-being.
