My cabin window is making so much noise that it was very irritating. And due to that, raindrops also entered into the cabin.

I had the worst journey experience on this bus. The staff’s behavior was extremely poor. Although the bus was requested to stop, they claimed it would stop at the toll gate, but it didn’t stop even for a single minute. The bus maintenance is also terrible — there is no proper upkeep, it makes constant noise, and the brakes don’t work properly. Every part of the bus looks damaged and unsafe. I strongly suggest avoiding SVT buses for a safe journey.
