Forced passengers to get down before stop where driver wished; moreover, used very bad language.

The bus was late to arrive because it came from some other function and there were no precautions taken before starting the journey; hence, there was a puncture on the bus. The bus driver kept driving with a punctured tire, which is highly risky. It took 3 hours to fix the punctured tire. Then the driver drove at extreme speed to make up the lost time.

Dear Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the bus service. The driver was driving at a very high speed and did not slow down at speed breakers, which caused discomfort and raised safety concerns. Additionally, the bus seating was not comfortable. The seats were small, and the push-back/reclining feature was not working properly. Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action to ensure passenger safety and comfort. Thank you.
