Very disappointing experience. There was too much noise throughout the journey, making it uncomfortable. Basic amenities like a blanket and a water bottle were not provided. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations and needs significant improvement.

Blanket and water bottle not provided. The charging point is placed above, and when charging, the charger falls down.

The vehicle was an old Volvo and had a breakdown within 100 kms, leaving us stranded in the middle of the road at night 1.30 am, with no sight of any replacement vehicle or repair mechanic. At 3 am, I arranged a private car to take me to Ahmedabad. Horrible experience.
