The bus pickup time was scheduled for 6:15 PM. I was delayed by about 5–6 minutes in reaching the pickup point, after which the driver and his associate started arguing with me. They also made inappropriate remarks about my female relative who had come to drop me off. At the next pickup point, the bus was halted for nearly half an hour. When I asked about the delay, the driver's associate behaved aggressively and confronted me in a threatening manner. His behavior was completely unprofessional and resembled that of a local hooligan. The bus was also diverted from its designated route so that the driver and his associate could collect their food parcel. As a result, the bus reached the dropping point more than two hours later than the scheduled arrival time. Provided blankets also not cleaned, not even deserve half star.

The bus arrived at the pickup point half an hour late. Also, at the dropping point, the driver was not willing to drop us off because he wanted to take the bus over the bridge. I had to argue with him to get him to take the bus to the designated dropping point.

Worst experience ever, driver did not stop the bus at our actual stop. He stopped the bus 10 minutes before the stop and started arguing and behaving rudely with the passenger whose dropping point was Sanpada. He stopped the bus where we couldn't take any auto or other vehicle to reach home. Even when passengers asked him to drop them at the location, he denied rudely and started scolding passengers.

Unhygienic. Open AC vents causing rust to fall in eyes while sleeping. Discomforting journey. It is okay for a single male individual for journey, not comfortable for family.
