The curtain were teared no blanket and no charging point working , and it stopped 3 hours at a place the driver and conductor were not picking up.l call and it is oldest and very dirty travels worst condition I have seen

The bus was scheduled to arrive at 6:14, but it was already 8:00 and it still hadn't arrived. The seats were uncomfortable, and the bus even broke down during the journey. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Very poor service and a completely disappointing bus.

Staff behaviour is good, but rest stop hygiene for ladies is very bad and whole journey all passengers are talking with each other, so we are unable to rest properly.

My travel experience was not good. The bus was not well maintained. The bedsheet provided was not clean, and it caused itching and discomfort during the journey. The seats and windows were also in poor condition. The charging port was not working, and even after I politely requested the staff for help, my request was ignored. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the condition of the bus. The journey was not comfortable, and I would not prefer to travel with this operator again unless improvements are made.
