The bus was late by more than an hour. No prior communication about the delay. Not satisfied.

I started my journey from Nagapattinam at 10:45 AM and reached Chennai Koyambedu at around 7:30 PM. The scheduled arrival time was 5:45 PM, so the bus was delayed by 1 hour and 45 minutes. The driver stopped only once for about 10 minutes, saying it was a washroom break. However, passengers were not informed that it was also the lunch break, so many of us skipped our meals thinking the bus would resume immediately. The bus was driven very slowly, and the driver kept picking up passengers along the way, which caused further delays. Because of this, several passengers who had booked onward flights from Chennai missed them. My suggestion: If you are booking this bus, do not plan your next journey immediately after the scheduled arrival time. If you have a connecting bus, train, or flight, plan it after 8:30 PM to avoid missing it. Also, carry snacks or lunch with you. In my experience, government buses are a better option. They usually reach faster and have proper, announced stops for both lunch and washroom breaks.

Very bad experience. Driver does not know how to drive a bus. Leg rest is broken. Worst in time management.

Our dropping time was 4:10 PM, but they dropped us at 7:00 PM. They stopped the bus at 12:45 PM for lunch; after that, there was no break stop. Women passengers were struggling to go to the washroom.

The travel was okay, but they had sprayed too much room freshener in the bus. That was the only uncomfortable part of the journey.
