The displayed pickup point in the app is completely wrong and misleading. Seats were uncomfortable, AC was barely working and switched off from Abu Road. Driver had very poor driving skills because of which we reached very late (by more than 1 hour late). We were forced to take this travel as no other travel was available at the particular time. But after the journey we feel we could have opted for another travel service sometime later.

I booked AC bus but the driver hadn't turned the AC on during the entire journey, so I had to travel without AC the entire journey

This is a temporary traveller which is clear by the number of seats available; hence, seat size and bus size are very small. Then, the driver changed midway, and it was unsure if the second driver was proficient in driving. Then, in this small bus, after seats were full, people boarded and sat on the floor. Also, the driver was casually talking with people and driving. Unhygienic conditions too.
