Rash driving, someone has occupied my seat. There is no signage board, there is no live tracking facility. 10-15 times simply they stop the bus. There are no proper instructions for staff.

Very uncomfortable with the sleeper, absolute discomfort throughout the journey. Driving could be better; seemed we were rolling off the seats. Overall terrible experience.

When booking, the dropping point was shown as Kumaraguru College. However, after arriving at Saravanampatti, the driver informed us that the bus would not go on that road and said that the dropping point had not been updated in the app.
