Staff rude foul language incorrect and non hygiene rest rooms never recommends trains to anyone finally last stop is different than I booked. I had to pay extra for auto (original last stop was "Miyapur x roads" but it was told Gachibowli to get down).

They made us change the bus at 3:30 am. We were supposed to reach Mysore at 8 o'clock. We did not reach until 10:45 am. Never ever travel with this company even if they take you for free.
