Bus got damaged in middle of the road, we were asked to board a different bus because of that, went to different bus and reached Delhi, though staff was helpful, and it was uncertain, but for a single female traveling, it could be risky in state like Delhi

Bus has a bad smell inside and is a little tight. My legs cannot move, and the front seat was touching my legs, which led to pain in my leg.

1. Seats are big. They are not suitable for 5 feet tall, short persons. Footrest may be kept flexible to adjust for short 5 foot tall persons. 2. Boarding point was changed due to IPL match, but the change of boarding point was informed very late. We were panicked. 3. All other things are good.
