Half way down the bus ac was out of order. It was extremely hot and suffocating without ac in an ac bus where the windows cannot be opened. Though fans were there, they were inadequate.

Sleeper seats are good but I booked seating chair named VIP. Comfort is pathetic, too clumsy and congested. Moreover, on a single axle vehicle, they have 58 seats which tells the story. Pathetic experience in seating.

Driver doesn’t switch on the AC unless specifically requested. This makes the cabin very hot and stuffy.
