The layout is different from what it shows online. It's not just sitting; there is a sleeper as well. 2*2 sitting down and 2*2 sleeper up. The seats smell bad and the AC is terrible. I paid extra to the conductor and took a sleeper seat. The sleeper seat was a little comfortable and the AC was good. The bus does not have a charging facility. A USB pin is there but no power. The bus will reach the border at around 3 am and since the border opens at 6 am, they will turn off the AC when the bus is standing. Terrible, but since I had no other option, I managed.

Bus leakages during rain, bad stops, local public bus, not the usual India Nepal bus, no water bottles given this time, water leaked inside boot space, AC not working properly.

It was not the bus which used to be. They had provided a different bus. The condition of that bus was terrible. Too hectic journey.
