They did not give me a call and were about to leave me. By chance, I saw the bus and asked him to stop. They did not know that my seat was booked. They did not provide any kind of amenities like a water bottle or blanket. I got a fever because of excessive cooling and blanket issues.

very poor coach condition , boarding point change least time,.while reaching bus driver said location they not recive call, also after booking seat alloted, 2 time new passanger came to seat and said my booking, very bad experience

The condition of the bus was very poor. AC not working, complete journey uncomfortable. Irregular bus stoppage and local passengers onboard caused delay and time wasted. Seats were uncomfortable, no blankets, no bedsheets, and the overall travel experience was disappointing. AR01T1535, specially this bus.
