The travel bus was scheduled for 10:00 PM. However, it arrived only at 12:00 AM. The travel company's staff did not answer my calls or return them. I had no idea where the bus was or when it would arrive. The driver called me only at 11:45 PM to inform me that the bus had arrived. I had been waiting at the boarding point for two hours. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.

Bus was not on time. The bus was almost 2 hours late and they did not inform proactively. When I called the bus operators many times, they did not respond. It is very unprofessional.

Bus was supposed to come at my stop at 8.30 pm according to booking, but it came at 9.45 pm. I was standing at the bus stand with luggage for 1.75 hours. Also, the bus got changed and I was not notified. I did not know the changed bus number or driver number. They left me at the stop and the bus went ahead. Later, they called me. I had to walk to the next stop with luggage. The bus was supposed to reach the destination at 7.30 pm, but now it is going to reach at 10.30 pm. I am going to miss my friend's wedding due to this.

Bus delayed by more than 2 hour, no intimation via message, call or whatsapp. Mosquitos inside the bus.

Bus arrived very late. My reporting time was 8.30 pm, but the bus arrived at 9.30. It was almost 1 hour late.

Bus staff was so good and helpful. Driver is also good. Bus was clean and in good condition. Journey was great.
