The trip was supposed to be from Patna to Mathura. But the driver forcefully dropped me at Delhi. This caused me to lose hours of my time. I had to book an extra bus to get from Delhi to Mathura.

I booked the lower deck seat but the bus staff gave me the upper deck seat and also the bus was changed at the last moment.

worst experience in this bus, first thing is punctuality, as mentioned while booking time was 16 hrs Anand vihar to Darbhanga, but still Bus is in transit and reaching time is still not confirmed, water bottle was not provided, bus staff is not responding ac cooling issue

I did not receive vehicle details upon arrival at the designated departure time. The bus was not confirmed, and I suffered a lot of hassle. Even my seat was allotted differently than what I had booked.
