Live tracking not provided, sleeping mattress is not comfortable and no cleanliness in bus. Also, charging socket is not working, light switch also not working. Overall worst experience I had.

My time 11.40. Bus comes 12.10 without information. Number of times I called, no reply 5 or 6 times after left phone. Nearly one hour roadside standing women person roadside standing. How is the response any attack? Please rectify the issue.
