Bus broke down and they arranged a separate bus which is collecting 100 rupees of extra cash. It is not fair to demand extra cash. I need a refund of this.

Didn't stop for washroom. No pillow, no blankets, no water bottle was given. Leather seats were peeled off.

I have booked the seater seat, lately as I was going on some emergency, the bus was not on time, as well they didn't call me when they were at my boarding point, they left. I had to call back and ask them. It was very uncomfortable for me as I am having luggage as well.

No water, blanket and pillow was provided. Bus got changed and no proper seating was provided. Bus staff was not able to guide customers and bus delayed by 1 hour.
