I booked two seats on an AC bus from Jodhpur to Surat, but the AC was not working. The bus even ran out of diesel along the way. It was a terrible bus, and I faced a lot of inconvenience. The heat inside caused a suffocating feeling throughout the journey. It was a very bad trip, and I would advise everyone to avoid travelling with this service.

1. Bus timing was 10.00 pm and it came at 11.45 pm. 2. There was no inside glass to cover my seat. 3. The bus lobby was covered with so many unreserved ticket holders. 4. Will surely avoid booking a ticket next time. If possible, pass this message to the travel agency. Thank you.
