Bus is not clean. I am a sugar patient. The driver is not stopping the bus for even urinal for emergency. The driver was very arrogant and not at all trying to listen. Very bad experience. I was travelling with my wife.

The bedsheets were not clean and seemed to have been used before without washing. The same bedsheet was used for the next set of passengers. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Bus tracking showing 46min late and bus was at the pickup point. Also, the driver left me without pick-up. I had to travel 8km to reach the bus from the pick-up location. Driver behaviour is rubbish and not good.
