Extremely poor experience. Booked sleeper bus from Nagpur to Pune. AC water is leaking continuously on my seat and pillow. I requested a seat change but the bus operator refused. This is unhygienic and unacceptable.

Water leaking from AC. AC makes sound like a tractor. It is an old bus, just convert to an AC bus.

AC water was leaking on me and my luggage. Rest stop hygiene was worst. When I boarded the bus, the seats and pillows were very dirty....worst experience of my life

My journey time is 7.25 pm to 9.30 am. It is 11 am and I am still on the bus. My destination is still 2 hours away. Very very very very bad service. I have 2 kids with me and they are irritated now.
