The bus came two hours late and didn't even inform about the delay, and the operator didn't even pick my call. Very worst experience, my ticket price is wasted. Very very bad experience.

Live tracking was not available. The bus did not follow the scheduled timings, and the driving was rash. There were no updates or notifications about landmark changes, and no wake-up calls or arrival intimations were provided. Overall, it was a completely poor service and a very disappointing experience.
