It was a very bad experience here in this bus, even after paying that much amount I didn't get a comfortable ride, as the AC was not working properly and window was broken, seats were very untidy and not clean, no rest stop in between, very bad experience, and the bus also got late by around 3 hrs.

It was mentioned that the bus will reach Chirawa at 07:30 am for boarding. I booked the bus basis that time only. However. the bus reached at 06 am, i.e - 1.5 hrs earlier and did not even wait for 10 minutes so that I could catch it. If the timing was early, the booking should have mentioned correct time.

I booked a bus for Vijay Laxmi but the bus came with the name of Sawariya, in which there was no pillow and blanket, and also the AC was not working. When I complained to the driver, the behaviour of the driver was very rude. Please don't travel in this bus.
