I am disappointed with my travel experience. The bus departed around 1 hour late from Nagpur. Additionally, the bus broke down near Ahmednagar and remained stopped for approximately 1.5 hours. As per the schedule, I was supposed to be dropped at Bhosari at 11:00 AM, but I reached around 1:30 PM. Due to this delay, I faced significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. I request you to take appropriate steps to improve your service and consider compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

I had a very poor experience with your bus service. The bus did not drop me at the location mentioned in my booking, which caused significant inconvenience and additional travel expenses. Passengers expect to be dropped at the designated destination, and this issue was not handled properly. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that other passengers do not face the same problem in the future.

The worst experience ever. Booked under Ashoka Travels, got the ticket for Online Go and seated in Intercity Travels. Driver does not know the pickup point so in hurry I had to run with bags to get the bus. He took more than 1 hour to leave from Nasik Road. Then on the way at 3 am he parked the bus outside road and went to get the diesel and took another hour. Somehow he managed to reach at Nashik Fata then he asked all the passengers to get out and seat in another bus saying brakes are having issue. Then everyone managed themselves with some request by driver to other travels and took the lift. I wanted to go at Padmavathi but another travel went through PCMC and took another hour to reach at Katraj. Thank God we are safely reached at our place.
