There is no blanket and pillow and rash driving. There are no proper facilities and they don't know how to behave with customers.

Bus had some issue when it reached Kumta and the passengers were made to wait for 5 hr for the replacement bus. Worst experience. Bus was supposed to reach Dharwad at 6 am but it reached at 12 pm.

There should be a common rule that people have to keep silence as much as possible. A night bus with people using their phones on speaker and chit-chatting, eating inside the bus. This should be made clear while booking. Understand that people talk, but talking loudly is not necessary. Also, the bus was late; it's always the case. If the bus is running late, the passengers should be informed so that we can skip running to the location and waiting another twenty minutes tired.
