I booked a non-AC sleeper bus, and it was supposed to reach Chirala by 5:30 AM. However, the bus stopped at Narasaraopet and the staff asked us to change to another bus at 5:00 AM. We were shifted to an AC sleeper bus, which already caused a delay in reaching our destination. Even after changing buses, there were unnecessary stops, and the staff kept selling empty seats along the way. I have never experienced such issues on any of my previous trips. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these travels. If you have important plans, think twice before booking with them, as your schedule may get disrupted. This was my first trip with these travels, and unfortunately, it was the worst travel experience I have had.

Bus driver is very arrogant and rude, very rash driving. Hence not recommended this bus.

No AC available, windows fully closed. This is the worst bus of all my journeys.

It would be better if they provide water bottles. It just costs 5. Punctuality wise, it is good. Could maintain pillows and blankets better.
