No blanket and seat cover (bedsheet), no AC control, AC was off half the time, not properly cleaned, all lights on all night.

Water is continuously dripping from the AC duct directly onto the seats. Although I booked this via MakeMyTrip and reported the issue to the bus management, they are doing nothing about it. This is highly condemnable. I earnestly request the entire team to look into this so that no other passenger has to face such harassment.

Worst travel experience of my life. The AC was turned off. They dropped me at the main office pickup point instead of my destination, and the driver was extremely arrogant. Completely unacceptable service.
