Need to check fitness of the bus, comfort is good but little noisy and sometimes AC is down. Overall it's ok.

yesterday when we travelled seats got wet due to rain and luggage also got wet. charging points also didn't work...when we complain about this he said he will refund amount

I had to deboard at Miyapur but the bus stopped at Vanasthalipuram 36 kms away and was delayed for 2 hours. I was very frustrated with the bus service. I had to travel at to reach the destination. I was deboarded at a location where there is no local transport at all. I have been trying to connect to customer care for 10 days with multiple sessions, but none were successful. I am very disappointed with the help desk.
