Due to a breakdown, the bus arrived 1.5 hours late at my boarding point. The staff was annoyed when I called. But they dropped me off on time in the morning.

This app showed that it would reach Bhalukpong at 5.30, but the bus reached Bhalukpong at 8.30 pm. When I told this to the driver, he directly refused my words and said how it was possible to reach Bhalukpong at 5.30 pm. As a passenger, how would I know that? I checked out of my hotel and waited on the road for a straight three hours. No amenities were available that had been promised while booking. Very few passengers travelled. As a woman, it was unsafe for her, right.
