Bus broke down after the journey started. Then they arranged a small ordinary bus without AC. Still, we have not reached Manali. We lost one day. Very bad service. This is the last journey with you. Very bad.

Each and every facility of the bus was best except its rest point. Firstly, it was very costly, so most of the passengers were not able to have their dinner. Secondly, there was only one single washroom for men.

Bus broke down after 150 kms from Manali and there was no backup. Driver asked to wait for few hours. Terrible experience and very poor service.
