One person that was sitting just before me was watching inappropriate videos with full screen and full brightness, which was super uncomfortable. After reaching Siliguri, I went to the lounge to sit for a few minutes. I sat there for around 20 minutes, and two persons kept staring at me with their creepy looks the whole 20 minutes. Do you think this is normal? Even in the lounge, we don't feel safe. That's a shame.

Please update all seat numbers. The seat numbers shown in your app are incorrect. Ungrounded seats are not available in the bus. Your app shows seat numbers 5 and 6 instead of 1 and 2.

They didn't call and I did not even get bus details. The seat I booked was given to another person.
